Characteristics
Delicious flavor in a small package. This beautiful 2" apple is pale yellow, streaked with red blushes and some russeting. Creamy white flesh is fine-grained and crisp, with a sweet, nut-like flavor that is great for fresh eating, cooking or making jellies. In the orchard it is an excellent pollinator for other apples.
