Valentine's is just around the corner, which means seeds are about ready to be started in the greenhouse!!! Like seeds for spring, and the garden, not all those lush looking microgreens below!!

Eggs: Chickens are on the rebound from dismally low egg numbers. Hoping to have extra eggs on the shelf for sale by Late Winter/Spring, when the pullets start laying.

I make organic olive oil infused with many different herbs for our holistic wellness items. This is a beautiful jar of calendula flowers!! I have run to the bottom of my stock of oil and fresh flowers are still so far away!! I'll have to make plenty this summer. This nourishing oil is use in both our Cottonwood Wound Relief Salve and the Calendula Lotion Bars.
